You may register on-site at the Arizona Biltmore. Registration will be located in the Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom Foyer and open as follows:

**Students are defined as being in a full-time premedical or medical related educational program. Residents must register at the AHNS/ASCO/ASTRO/SNM Resident/Member-in-Training Member rate or Resident/Fellow Nonmember rate.
Virtual Meeting
With the Virtual Meeting, you will receive streaming content that has been digitally recorded live and published as audio synchronized to faculty presentations. The Virtual Meeting will be accessible online 24/7 via the ASTRO website.
Those who purchase the Virtual Meeting during registration will receive an email with a link to the recorded presentations approximately six weeks after the conclusion of the meeting.
Take advantage of premeeting rates and purchase the Virtual Meeting experience along with your meeting registration.

The following event requires separate registration and is open to Member-in-Training/Resident Members, Resident/Fellow Nonmembers and Students.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before January 6, 2012.
- All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 6, 2012.
- Registration fees are not transferable to another individual or meeting.
- Cancellation of a registration with Virtual Meeting package on or before January 6, 2012, includes cancellation of the Virtual Meeting package.
- Approved registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
